Handling
Our cranes are specially designed for the extremely heavy duty they are subjected to and for the particular requirements of the processes.
They will help to achieve maximum inclination of the pieces to facilitate liquids dripping.
The bridge cranes are equipped with systems for bars locking during transport, to avoid the oscillation of the load and to prevent the bars from falling down in the event of incorrect manoeuvring; they are also equipped with anti-collision safety devices and sensors that prevent the drop of loads out of position or in tanks that are already occupied.
We can provide machines which are fully automatic or semi-automatic and with special devices suitable for the transport of multiple bars at the same time.
Since the machines are completely designed, manufactured and tested in our factories, MONTI ENGINNERING can build customized overhead cranes, which can be integrated also into existing lines.
Obviously, the handling of the material inside the production plant can be completed by the supply of shuttles, loading / unloading stations, handling bars and anything else necessary, all managed by our ALUMASTER automation software.
