Heating and cooling
In anodizing processes, it is necessary to have a strict temperature control and homogeneous conditions inside the treatment tanks.
MONTI ENGINEERING supplies anodizing bath recirculation units equipped with special PP pumps and stainless-steel plate heat exchangers for automatic temperature control. The groups can be connected to high-efficiency chillers, with circuits designed to have water consumption close to zero.
For tanks heating, steam or hot water generators are supplied, sized in accordance with the indications of the certifying authorities and in compliance with international safety standards.
The heated tanks, appropriately insulated, are equipped with coil heat exchangers with automatic temperature control made possible thanks to the use of motorized valves managed by our ALUMASTER automation software.
